PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) sends electromagnetic waves through your body at different frequencies to help promote your body’s own recovery process. Unlike the HigherDOSE Infrared Sauna Blanket,* you can lie on our Infrared Mat for as long as you want. This is an all-purpose mat that is suitable for post-workout stretching, meditating, or light exercise. There is no setup or cleanup, just lying down.
*The Infrared PEMF Mat is not designed to make you sweat. This mat is made to help you enjoy the benefits of infrared and PEMF for longer periods of time without working the cardiovascular system.
